Shipping policy

DISTRICTCLEAN primarily provides services. If physical products, supplies, or accessories are sold through our website, this Shipping Policy applies.

1) Shipping Area

We ship to U.S. addresses. Certain products may be restricted based on carrier rules, size, weight, or destination limitations.

2) Processing Time

Most in-stock product orders are processed within 1–3 business days from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If an item requires extra handling time or becomes unavailable, we will notify you.

Service appointments are not shipped and are scheduled according to availability and customer confirmation.

3) Delivery Estimates

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are generally:

  • Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 4–5 business days, when available

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and peak shipping periods may affect timing.

4) Tracking

Tracking information is sent once a shipping label is created. Carrier updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

5) Split Shipments

Orders with multiple products may ship in separate packages. If that happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

6) Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before submitting an order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

7) Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is missing, damaged, or significantly delayed, contact support@districtclean.us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged.
